Job Description
As our Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will work to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads to meet our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy:
• Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Research market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to refine marketing tactics.
Campaign Management:
• Plan and run paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Manage budgets for paid campaigns and optimize ROI.
Content Creation & Management:
• Create engaging content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
• Oversee the management of the company’s website, ensuring content is SEO-optimized and up-to-date.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Analytics:
• Perform keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO activities.
• Track and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
Email Marketing:
• Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.
• Monitor open rates, CTR, and conversions to continuously improve performance.
Social Media Management:
• Develop and schedule posts across all social media platforms.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and grow the community.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales, design, and development teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
• Collaborate with external vendors or agencies as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum 2-3 years).
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
